  Update! it’s been 3 years since I took my mom (see earlier review) and I actually took myself to get a thorough hearing exam by the fun and super competent Tyler. He explained so much to me, I had a real clear understanding of my own hearing loss’s issues and decided to get my own hearing aids! He also gave me different support articles related to other health issues. My findings so far: I can hear birds singing, cats meowing, approaching traffic, and I could hear the actors in the AMC movie! What a blessing. I’m looking forward to testing the hearing aids out when I go to a work convention next week. I know it’s going to be a true aid so I can actually hear people in noisy environments. Thank you Tyler, the lovely receptionist, Veronica, and Miracle Ear products! My original review from 2022: What a great experience, taking my mother who has been suffering from extreme hearing loss since a WWII trauma in Europe, to be evaluated by the delightful Miracle-Ear hearing instrument specialist, Mr. John Banushi. He was kind, gentle, humorous and thorough. In all these years, my mom had not actually been tested the way he tested her hearing. When we came back to get her fitted with her customized hearing aids, I couldn’t believe that she could answer his questions from A ROOM AWAY! He was not speaking loudly, just used a normal tone, moving away from her until he was at the front door and she was still seated in the examination room, answering his questions. She never realized he left the room! What a testimonial that the product he represents works! She has a 30 day period to really test it out in her own but I’ve seen enough to make me a believer in Miracle-Ear from an observer point of view. Big shout out to Mr. John Banushi, Hearing Instrument Specialist, for his excellent “bedside manner.” Thanks for helping us get our mother back into the mainstream of life again with dramatically improved hearing with the use of her custom-made Miracle-Ear hearing aids!

  This office has always treated my wife and I with respect and courtesy. My exams and follow-ups are always top-notch. The office employees are always welcoming. The technologists know their stuff. The only thing upsetting is the price of the hearing aids which I know is not the technologists' fault. I would recommend this office to others. Leroy Seeds, Jr.

  My ENT surgeon''s audiologist wasn't so good. Surgery was great but Miracle Ear does a $100 to $200 evaluation for free. A board certified audiologist cannot sell you hearing aids unless you really need them, and I don't. How do I know that, Chris Brown from Miracle Ear told me on my first visit. Just like your eyes, it is important to have your ears checked on a regular basis. We ate at two restaurants in the past six months where the noise was excessive; it was hard to hear a conversation between two people at our table. I asked my wife what she thought; she told me the same man owned both businesses. It seems likely that he can't hear high pitched noises, a common problem in millennials. Chris Brown (I always ask for him before scheduling an appointment) helped me determine the frequency of my tinnitus and the level. 48 dB doesn't sound like much, but having constant 'rainfall' in your ear requires some time to become acclimated. The frequency of 4,000 Hz makes it particular disturbing. Chris suffers from tinnitus himself, so he was especially helpful. Chris uses masking to go to sleep; I've had it since 1981 so I've had some time to become acclimated. The most impressive results from my first visit four years ago was that Chris determined that I was hearing 4,000 Hz test tones played in my left ear, with my right ear. Try to figure that out without extensive training and experience. The thing is, your ears aren't just on the sides of your head but deep inside; it isn't far from the cochlea of one ear to the other... about an inch. You'd never know it by studying an anatomy text; they always show one ear and a void in the center of the head. It isn't far from the left mastoid bone to the cochlea of the right ear. Get your ears tested by a competent experienced professional... like Chris Brown.
