  This dental office is a 11/10. From the office staff to the dental assistant to the dentist himself. I really appreciate them.

  I am very disappointed in this office as I work in the medical industry too and we try to accommodate within reason for our patients. I left work early to try and make it for an appt that I had to postpone for 6 Mos. And due to uncontrolled events such as accident that made me 5 addition minutes later than the "10 mins" threshold. I was refused service and that there was nothing that could be done, to see me the same day. Deeply disappointed at the lack of compassion and accommodations as I was begging to he seen today and due to conditions that were out of my control.

  Apparently if you have an appointment for a certain time it doesn’t matter because they will see whoever gets there first. I had an appointment for 11am and I got there at 10:45 and got checked in and everything. When I got there someone else was waiting as well and they decided to see that person first, now she might have had an appointment for an earlier time than I did but it doesn’t really matter cause that means they were late for the both of us. At 11:15 I got up and asked the front desk girl if I was going to be seen any time soon because I had been waiting for 30 minutes already and my appointment was for 11am. She said to me that I was going to be seen when they are done with the patient they were treating at the moment and so I told her that I was going to leave because I couldn’t afford to keep waiting there and she just said “Ok” didn’t even care to offer an apology or anything like that. I waited 3 months for this appointment just to waste half of my morning and end up not being seen. I think it’s very unfair that you guys play with people’s time like that. Awful customer service too the girl at the front desk was very rude.

  Very fast and courteous....more personal and friendly than these big chain dentist offices where every time you visit there are all new faces and you are just a number..love Bluestone

  I have been going to Dr Bluestone since his father owned the practice. They are wonderful, professional, and very good. The hygienists are tremendous
