  Sadly an unfortunate chain of events created a nightmare for our community. I highly commend the staff at the Quarryville location.I have always known the staff to be polite and courteous "regardless" of the day or frequency of being mistreated by irate customers. I have also experienced long wait lines, and at times I have waited in line only to be told that my prescriptions were not ready knowing that they were called in days prior and also told they were out of my medication , given a tenitive date that was much longer than stated. It's "extremely frustrating " and most definitely an inconvenience, however it is not a "free ticket" to become disrespectful and disruptive by blaming the staff!! Direct your anger and frustrations to Giant Pharmacy Corporate! They should be doing ALOT more than just posting some apologies for all the complaints they've received!

  This pharmacy needs to hire more people. They are overworked and over loaded since the Rite Aid closed. People are suffering if they cannot get their prescriptions on time.

  This pharmacy is consistently inefficient and unreliable. You know going in you will wait for 20 minutes in line just for them to say they don’t have your script. They never have it. Even when they text you that it’s ready they still somehow don’t have it. If you’re disabled and unable to stand in line multiple times a day waiting for them to have your meds ready do not go here. They refuse to answer phones due to being short staffed. As someone who can’t drive and has to walk to the pharmacy this is a massive problem and so disrespectful to customers. This place has consistently given me the worst pharmacy experiences. They should not even be allowed to be a pharmacy at this point as they are not capable of fulfilling customer needs. Do not go here it’s not worth the constant struggle and headache.

  Very nice people but it's obvious they are being severely overworked. It's such a shame because they are clearly doing the best they can but getting through is next to impossible, picking up prescriptions on time is a thing of the past and the automatic service for whatever reason simply does not work. I again want to stress this is not a review about the local staff but Giant Pharmacy corporate. The local pharmacist and his assistance have been great. It's clear they just don't have the power to change things. Filing a complaint with the FDA and the PA state attorney general's office now.

  This is the "WORST " Pharmacy I've ever seen in my life. I wouldn't even give them 1 star but your FORCED to do that to leave a review. You call in a prescription & the recording tells you 3 days before you can pickup!!! My Dr's office emailed over a prescription on Thursday, I stopped in on Tuesday and they didn't have it, said they had more coming in on Wednesday & they'd call me Wednesday when they had it. ... it's now Thursday and NO CALL! I talked to my Dr. and she sent my prescription to a different pharmacy & now they can't fill it because Giants Pharmacy has the billing held up so the other Pharmacy can't collect! I TRUELY DISPISE THIS PHARMACY WITH A PASSION, Their 1 pharmacist is RUDE to the customers and her Co-workers & then you get cashiers that can ring out 5 customers to another cashiers 1 customer. WE NEED A NEW PHARMACY IN QUARRYVILLE!!!
