  i've been waiting on results for over 3 weeks. portal states "in progress." this place blows. gonna get a new copy of my script and to to HNL. DON"T GO TO QUEST!!!!

  I was to set up a MRSA test and within the patient portal through my provider, Quest was listed as a place I could get this done. I was told after checking in that they don’t do that lab. Why advertise that you have the lab, yet you don’t?

  My visit to this Quest location was concerning due to a significant breach in standard collection protocol. The technician provided a standard disposable cup for my urine specimen, which contradicts established sterile collection guidelines essential for accurate results. Using a non-sterile container creates a high risk of specimen contamination, which can lead to altered or misleading outcomes and potentially impact the validity of the test.
