CSSMCW Chestnut Ridge Physical Therapy Clinic is conveniently located in the heart of Alum Bank, PA. Our experienced and friendly staff will work with you to prepare a patient-centered, quality individualized plan of care to aid in your recovery and returning to your prior lifestyle. Our goal is to help you regain movement to parts of your body that have been restricted by injury, illness, surgery, or over-use. Services include, but are not limited to Balance Therapy, Orthopedic Therapy, Manual Therapy, Myofascial Release, & Sports Medicine. We share a space with Chestnut Ridge Wellness & Fitness, a non-profit fitness center operated by volunteers. CSSMCW provides exercise consultin by an experienced Certified Exercise Physiologist.
