  Great staff and Dr. Was very caring. My comfort was important to them. Very turough with paperwork.

  So I canceled twice in 2024 which I did cancel. I don't remember why but I didn't just blow them off and do a no show. Then They scheduled me it was during this major snowstorm. They told me if I couldn't make it to just call and cancel. SO THEY SCHEDULED ME THE VERY NEXT DAY AFTER THE MAJOR SNOWSTORM AND I HAVE A BAD HIP, I CAN'T SHOVEL OUT THAT AGGRESSIVELY.. You know, it takes me the whole day. I have to take breaks, but they penalize me and blamed me for it.. If you don't want people cancelling, how about you don't schedule them during snowstorms.

  I was honestly nervous about coming here because of some of the reviews, but after several months of visits with the nurse practitioner, London, my experience has been nothing but positive. London truly listened to me and validated that my pain was real, which meant more than I can say. She has offered multiple treatment options and genuinely wants to help find what works best for me. The office staff has always been kind and welcoming, and they have been great about rescheduling when needed and working with my insurance to ensure I received the proper medications. I recently had trigger point injections, and London made the entire process feel easy and comfortable. I have nothing but great things to say about this office.

  My original post has been deleted because I guess the women conspire to discredit me for untold reasons and everything that they sent to other doctors and me is completely false. I absolutely don’t believe this office is for anyone who wants the staff to be upfront and professional..

  I've been a chronic pain patient for over 20 yrs. When I say I've seen every doctor in the area... I mean every pain doctor. Dr. Bell is a God send. I've had many surgeries and multiple treatments and medications. No one has ever listened like this doctor and his staff. Wish I had found him much earlier. Full service from medication to injection therapy (nerve block, SI injections, trigger point, bursitis) and then some. I would never go anywhere else. I recommend them to anyone who is tired of pain and the treatment they are currently receiving. Not sure where the 1 star reviews are coming from... One seems to be an insurance complaint and one mentions doctors are bad, but this practice has only one doctor, Dr. Bell and he is wonderful! London, Sue and Evie are fantastic as well.
