  Being part of something so important !! Saving lives !!! Education is key + Plasma twice a week at keddplasma center in Pittston township All the staff Medical screeners , phlebotomist, nurses , technician's, are very professional, very friendly and always putting donor's health and safety there first priority keeping donors as there top priority keeps me feeling safe gives me the Best donation experience !! The medical screeners are professional and friendly, and extremely helpful with any questions or issue ,There is only one thing to say about the phlebotomist!! There fantastic !!! Always greeting you asking your preference regarding your donation keeping the designated donation area extremely clean constantly changing there gloves and each donor treated like you are the most important donor there , with safety first for the donor and themselves , working together on the floor the donors are there top priority, and I can't say enough how fantastic the phlebotomist are when it comes to administrating the needle the best ever there are many times I did not feel the needle inserted that's how talented the phlebotomist are !!! Giving me extremely smooth relaxing donation, the nurses work on the floor as well I have seen the nurses do medical screening, and work together with the phlebotomist and that's important to me it shows me that all staff keeps the donor as first priority!!!! The technician behind the glass window is very professional and focused getting individual donors credited for there donation!! ASAP!! Keddplasma has the best staff one thing that I appreciate is the transparency the only time the nurses door is shut is with a patient for privacy otherwise the nurses door open wide knowing if I have question or need help there right there , the phacility is extremely clean the whole staff work together like clock work no job to big or to small !! This is from experience from donating in the past at CSL in Taylor Walmart plasma, completely unprofessional dirty!! So for my safety I stopped donating at CSL , and I knew that people's very lives depend on my donation and a friend told me about Keddplasma and I was hesitant but knowing my donation could mean life or death I stopped in to Keddplasma over a 6 months ago !! And I can continue to donate and save lives comfortably safely because the staff at keddplasma keeps me safe at all times to keep me returning I am impressed with the Keddplasma staff every time. Twice a week the professional staff keeps the whole experience from the beginning to the end of the donation comfortable and smooth , and as a compensation for my donation I receive $ right after my donation from the technician usually by time I get into my car!! It's important to give back to your fellow woman/men there are children whos future depend on my donation so they can have a healthy future all children shouldl be given the opportunity to grow!! And becoming a donor is my tiny way in this huge world that a mom/dad/child knows they can depend on there medication that is being made with my donation of Plasma because I donated twice a week at keddplasma Pittston township!!! And I thank the staff keddplasma because the staff professionalism is what keeps me returning to donate for those who count on my plasma for there medication Thank you Keddplasma Pittston Township .

  I don’t know what’s goes around in this place but this place is horrible. The first time I came here I they messed up the needle placement on both of my arms two times out of my first 4 visits there and I ended up being deferred. I gave this place another chance and it was going well but the last two times I’ve been here they couldn’t even get my temperature right the machines don’t work that or they don’t know how to take someone’s temperature. I wasted 20 minutes going to every machine as they kept putting a thermometer up mouth so much to where I almost puked and they still couldn’t get it right. They are offering 5,000 KED points for a good review of this place but I got something better. I’ll leave a 1 star review for free

  Sabrina is nice and friendly. Very helpful. I have been away for several months. I am glad to be back here at Kedplasma. The staff is Awesome!
