The sales associate asked my reason for being there, explained the types of exams and payment methods, explained the set up of the store and asked if I had any questions. I was taken to the exam room minutes after arriving for my appointment. The doctor was friendly and gave a thorough examination. She explained the results of my exam in terms I could easily understand. She found a couple things she felt might be worth getting a second opinion on and even gave me the names and numbers of other places to go for these things. My appointment was not rushed in the least and the doctor answered any questions I had. I appreciated she suggested I might want to wait until seeing these other doctors before ordering new glasses (just in case). I would highly recommend Warby Parker at South Hills Village. I have no doubt you'll come away satisfied with your visit.
