I think they are very, very overpriced. But, I am taking a risk to have happier feet. Today will be my first day to work with them over the weekend. I was experiencing discomfort, but I’m hoping it will go away. We shall see.

Apparently it was under different management back then. Either way the inserts worked fantastic for me but I had lost 2 of them over the years. My dad had called and spoke to Eric who now runs the show. He informed him over the phone that the inserts have a lifelong warranty that even covers lost pairs. *none of which was ever explained in the original purchase in 22’. Anyways Eric helped me in person replace all 3 pairs and got me caught up to speed with all the discounts that are available for me at all the other locations plus other helpful info that we were previously unaware of. Great service great products great experience. Thank you Eric
