Brie and KK are ROCKSTARS!!
My appointment caused a back up for them, with patients who are not used to waiting. My testing required Miss Brie to enter 56 codes into your system, most of which were rarely used. To ensure she did it right the 1st time she contacted her leader. They spent 40 minutes on the phone, going over codes, starting again as the system only allows so many codes per entry,
Because when I made my appointment online the only choice of testing was "Other"! Had it let me submit my script, or something more indicative of just how time consuming my appointment was going to be this would have been avoided.
That needs fixed. These women killed it, Miss KK cleared the waiting room, apologizing for running so far behind, kept them calm and understanding, while Miss Brie finished with the computer and actually got to draw my 20 vials of blood. All the while, no attitude, no anger, just care and concern.
Although your company is lucky enough to have such strong dedicated hard working employees that can handel situations like this, you shouldnt be who puts them in it.
Id fix it, let the women who do it everyday tell you what will keep patients happy and coming back.
I don't know what it is about this location and the employees here but something needs to change. Checked in on my phone (on time) sat in the waiting area for over 40 minutes while 2 female employees in the back were laughing and talking about the previous patients that came in. Knocked on the door multiple times to get their attention and they just ignored me and made the statement "they can knock all they want (laughed) now they really gonna be waiting" needless to say, I had to leave to return to work over an hour later without even being seen. They have no professionalism at all and should be terminated for the comments about the patients. I won't be returning to this location.

One of the worst services ever, you can’t go there and make an appointment. The automated system on the phone is basically useless!! There is just machines on the phone and in the clinic, it takes for ever to make an appointment if you manage to make one because the machine they use in the phone wont understand your name, and in the clinic the people the people is so mean!
I want to highlight the staff. During my visit, there were only two employees working, and they were clearly overwhelmed yet still professional and kind.
I had an appointment scheduled, but due to the heavy workload and limited staffing, there was a long wait. One staff member even mentioned she hadn’t had time for a break or lunch, which is concerning.
This is not a reflection of the employees, who were doing their absolute best. It seems like a staffing issue that deserves attention so both patients and employees are better supported. I hope management takes this seriously.
