  If I could give Quest on McKnight Rd in Pittsburgh, PA negative stars I would. Do NOT bring your infants and children here for testing especially. They lie and say everyone is experienced in pediatric blood draws when they clearly are not. They traumatized my infant, were unprofessional and inexperienced, and unbothered by the fact that they made a baby sit through TWO failed blood draw attempts. Who does that?! They should have done the professional thing and admit they were not appropriate for the task but instead they used my child as a pin cushion. I will be making any and every report I can for change because this is unacceptable for any parent and child to go through. Don’t waste your time here. The only thing they did right was recommend we go to Children’s for infant bloodwork instead when BOTH technicians failed to be able to do their job. Beyond disappointed in the greed and incompetencies of our current healthcare system.

  The ability to check in online is helpful as it was only when I was leaving that I saw where the check in terminals had been moved to; they are now less obvious than they used to be, though this likely makes more space for seating. My appointment occurred on time which was unusual for this location. The member of staff was skilled and managed to draw blood successfully which is also unusual for me.

  I made an appointment there for December 20th weeks in advance because "thats the was the earliest appointment available" simply to have bloodwork done for our get healthy program through work. I show up for my scheduled time only to find they are closed for renovations. What a joke...... nobody could call or email telling me that?! So now if they were that booked I'm screwed because I only have til December 31st to complete that program. Thanks alot Quest!!

  Walked in at 2pm, 1 person waiting, he went in 2:05 came out at 2:10 & said 'your next' at 2:25 a lady walked in with a 2:40 appointment they came & got her at 2:55. Then a couple more people came in with appointments after 3:10. I set there for about 40 min while the blood suckers did nothing!!!! Because we didn't have appointment??? They close at 3:30.Then they took the 3:10 appointment , we left

  They are professional, prompt and kind. Many times I don`t even feel the needle. I go to McKnight Road location because they ARE so professional. There is another location closer to me, but the person there acts confused, and she missed the vein and I had black and blue for several weeks. This does NOT happen at McKnight Road.
