I arrived 40 minutes early at 10:30 for my 11:10 appointment. There was a large gap in time where no one was being seen. There was no reason I couldn’t have been seen early. Then, 11 AM appointments came in late for their appointment and were seen at my time slot forcing me to wait until 11:25 AM to be seen. This is unacceptable.

They went through their renovations and I thought things would improve. I have been waiting over an hour today at my scheduled appointment and still haven’t been seen

Took me 2 minutes early, and painless blood draw. It couldn't have been easier. Technicians at Quest have always been great at drawing blood virtually painlessly.

The phlebotomist that I had to deal with was truly inconsiderate and incompetent. When I’ve done my bloodwork for my doctor’s office at a different Quest location, they never expected me to do a urine sample cause it was all bloodwork. She told me to “place my urine sample in her room” when she was helping another patient. Once I was done with the urine sample, I asked the other phlebotomist where should I put it because the first phlebotomist who was helping me was already helping another patient in her room. She got aggressive and told me, “I NEED THAT SAMPLE HERE!! I don’t understand why it’s all wrapped up in a glove!!”. Ma’am, as a healthcare worker myself, HIPAA IS IMPORTANT. I CAN’T just walk in on a room, where you, as a phlebotomist, is helping another patient (he’s literally sitting and getting ready to get his blood drawn) AND PUT MY URINE SAMPLE ON YOUR DESK… I understand that it can be busy sometimes at Quest, but you really need to take into account that another patient cannot just walk in and drop off their sample while you’re helping another patient.
