  My appointment was at 2:40PM I did arrive at 2:45PM and the doors were locked . The sign did say they close at 3PM . I tried to call to explain I was going to be 5 mins late but there’s no one that actually answers the phone .

  Make an appointment and it cuts down on the wait time. Staff is friendly and professional.

  Contaminated drug test due to their lack of sanitation and blatant care for profesionalism. I was able to sit and learn the staffs kids birthdays and where they went to school. Because they were talking so loud in the back. Before I even saw any of the staff. But the worst part and why I say avoid and why they need to be investigated and closed. I went for a drug test. Not only was I not asked about any medications that I maybe on. Which at other places I have been asked. But the packing bag that the cup needed to go in was thrown into the trash. Then she took it out of the trash and places the cup back into it. Then she realized the cup was expired. She poured it into another cup, using the same lid of the old cup and that same bag that was in the trash. This can cause many different results with the test. Can delay the test. Can even give a positive test result. Who knows what else these people are skipping around on. Washing hands, filing, sending files out. Absolutely unprofessional. Who is Quest hiring? I guess we know when we go to Forest Hills.
