  The phlebotomist who drew my blood did a terrible job. My bruise has not gone down in approximately 4 days. I will not be returning, and I am going to be discouraging my friends from returning in the future.

  Plan for a long sit in the waiting room! My technician did a fine job and was very efficient - once my name was called it only took 5 minutes for my blood draw. However, I arrived 5 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time and waited 40+ minutes before being called back for my service. During my time in the waiting room I watched many other people wait, some waiting even longer than me. Someone had to leave due to the wait being too long. In my opinion, that is an unacceptable wait time without communication from a staff member - especially for an early in the day appointment. Oddly, the whole time I was sitting and waiting only 2 people left from the treatment rooms, so I suspect the indicator saying that 6 people were currently being helped was not accurate. What makes the experience the most challenging is that the check-in is on a screen and there is no receptionist, leaving everyone in the waiting room without a staff member to communicate with. If there was a receptionist, the whole process would be much more friendly and accessible, and they could provide accurate information about a wait time.

  I just had a really wonderful experience here. I was called back not long after I checked in for my appointment. Marquita was so kind and made the experience so quick and painless. I was in and out in no time.

  I was taken back right at my appointment time and the staff member was very friendly and professional!!
