  Quest Diagnostics in Robinson has a very efficient process and I didn’t wait beyond my scheduled time (easily scheduled on their website). Staff was so friendly and she did an excellent, no discomfort blood draw. This was my third appointment there and the service has been consistently top notch. My test results were posted on my patient portal the next day.

  I came here for my gestational diabetes glucose test and was required to wait for an hour after drinking the glucose solution. The waiting room was extremely cold, to the point that I was physically uncomfortable and unable to sit there for the full duration. When I informed the nurse about how cold it was, the response was dismissive. She simply said, “I know, it’s so cold,” and shut the door without offering any solution, a different waiting area—especially concerning since this was during pregnancy. Basic patient comfort and empathy should be part of healthcare, particularly for prenatal patients. This experience felt unprofessional and uncaring, and I hope the clinic addresses how concerns from patients are handled in the future.
