Excellent service by very knowledgeable and kind people. Each people I encounter went way above. Even to the point that one dear worker came outside to help me find the right door.

This practice is excellent in the facility being clean and easy to maneuver. Personnel are professional, caring and patient especially with older people like me. They were referred to me by a neighbor when we moved here four years ago..nothing but a positive and professional experience..

I have been going to this place for years and I love Dr Schneider and Dr Mileham. Both listen and answer questions and take their time explaining things.
Amazingly, I found the wait time much improved and I was not sitting with a mass amount of people in a secondary area.
The front desk people have improved greatly on their courteousness and now seem much more pleasant and less stressed then I have seen in past years.
I would say that scheduling tends to be the weaker area. I have been given appointment cards several times now, only to find out they were not put in the system.or my schedule canceled by them and told I would have to wait another one to two years to see them evn though they were the ones canceling.
So my suggestion is to ask for an appt.card even if you put it on your electronic calendar. Ask the person booking appt. to recheck the system to make sure it was correctly entered. Had I not checked this time for my upcoming eye exam after seeing the eye doctor, I would have been out because it was never entered when I made the appt. a year ago. Fortunately she got me an appt. for a week later, or else the ophthalmologist would have been double booked and making others appt.to run later. Bring you card with you as proof and make sure you receive their text that you have a future appt. I went back and looked and I only got one of the two appt reminders to add to my calendar. Had I thoroughly checked I might have been able to call and they correct it right away. I honestly think they need a cubical or divider from the main desk because the person was being distracted by other staff several times while I was scheduling.

Completely disrespectful of patient's time. I was scheduled for a procedure at 3:15pm and instructed to take a premedication 30 minutes before arriving. At 3:45pm I was told by the office staff that my procedure would not even begin until an hour later. And I had already been charged for the procedure. I left without having it done and will never return to this office. I understand running late, but I was informed by the office staff that my procedure time was scheduled while the doctor still had two appointments to see and he knew he wouldn’t start my procedure until after these patients left. My husband took time off of work to bring me to this procedure and I arranged for childcare. I cannot fathom the arrogance it takes to deliberately waste someone’s time like that.
