The initial visit with Samantha went good but now I’ve been waiting for a call back from them since November, keep calling and they say we will call you back and no one does, and Samantha never seems to be available to answer the phone or call back. I Asked to talk to the manager and again they said the manager will call you back and guess what, no call back at all and it’s been over a month!

In her case, it is even more difficult given that an ear operation 26 years ago left her completely deaf in one ear. Thanks to the persistence and patience of Bob at the Robinson location continuing to adjust her new aid, she may not be hearing perfectly but her life would include very little sound and certainly would not be enjoyable. Also, the receptionist, Otillia, makes us feel like family each time we come in for a check up. She is warm yet efficient. Love this location!
