- KAK A3 days ago1.0Dr. Mantel was rude and basically rushed me through the eye exam. He told me to get progressive glasses but I wasnt sure what those were and how those would work for me and he got attitude and said I'll just write the scrip down and you decide when you go out front. He was not helpful and was the worst experience I ever had at a eye doctors office. The people who handle the glasses were nice but only offered help if asked. I will not be returning to this place ever again. And it was recommended by a family member and it had good reviews is why I chose it.
