  Dr. Nolan was very thorough with the exam and explained my many questions about medications he suggesred to prescribe in a way where I understood very easily.

  If you need a family doctors office that will treat you like family…THIS IS THE DOCTOR FOR YOU. The medical staff (at any office) will help and accommodate any issues that you may need. They will be kind, they will listen and help you with anything you need. They go above and beyond any other doctor’s office I have been to. Some of my favorites…. Gina (she helped me today and I am so grateful). Joe (a superstar if you need help with appointments. He is so kind and funny just talking to him makes my day). Treasure (she is my go to for prescriptions asap, truly helpful and super sweet). Melinda (I actually consider her my friend, she is caring and compassionate every time I see her in McCandless. Always has a smile and we even joke around a little). I have also had the pleasure of seeing Dr.Scott Heyl for the last 5 years. I can tell you that he is the most caring,compassionate and helpful doctor. He has helped me thru some of the hardest times of my life I truly believe that Genesis Medical and their amazing staff will not only help you as a doctors office, they will become friends who truly will care about you.❤️
