Very unprofessional office staff. Phone is never answered and provider terminated me as a patient for canceling appointments (I did not cancel any and had questions but could never get in touch with anyone at the office). Avoid at all costs.

If you're on Worker's Comp and you're over 90 days off work, get as far away from this place as possible. They just want to get you back to work. If they do clear you to go back to work and you get hurt again they will assist in making sure you don't get Worker's Comp wages again.

I wouldn’t recommend them if you want care and compassion. I tried to explain things to nurses about my issues with bloodwork constantly being needed, and even the doctor shrugged it off as if I was being unreasonable and said it’s not a big deal. I could only have so much blood taken but it was enough for some results. (I’m anemic and have extremely low iron and pass out after a certain amount of blood is drawn) They called with blood results and couldn’t tell me something about it and said I needed to contact my primary care doctor, even though their office ordered the labs and it was a nurse on the phone. I literally had a panic attack and became sick on my bathroom floor, while trying to get ahold of my doctor. How can a doctor order tests and a nurse not be able to explain what a term means? They don’t listen at all in my experience with them. They seem to push certain shots that I didn’t want. I went to them for three appointments and that was enough of the coldness I received.
Thankfully, I was able to get my primary care doctor to refill my prescription that was helpful and without bloodwork constantly while I look for a doctor to help with my bone issues.

Do not call after hours with emergencies. I had torn my gastrocnemius muscle and was in consistent pain for 2 weeks with no symptom relief. I began to get a low grade fever and called to ask if I should be concerned and got told that if I wanna go to the ER then go but he can’t do anything for me. PA Randy Troup and PA Tim were the worst. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Staff isn't capable of meeting a patient at the door with a wheelchair, even if it means the patient would be late to their appt otherwise. It really does show that it's all about the $$ with these guys, starting from the top. But what do you expect, when insurance is running the show.
