I was not sure what to expect but I had a very good experience and felt listened to and heard. I had a lot of questions and Laura was happy to answer all of them! I didn’t feel pressured into anything and knew that the decisions I was making were my own. Great customer service and care.

I left a review last week about my experience at a Good Feet store in Robinson Township. My dissatisfaction was with the process, not the salesperson. Laurie was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She listened to my needs and addressed them with the right products. Laurie performed her job well.

I walked into a Good Feet Store on Friday because I have foot pain and because your ads seem to be omni present. I was welcomed by a salesperson who took me through the entire Good Feet process as taught at Good Feet University. She was with me for a solid hour, talking, teaching, showing, demostrating, etc. Admittedly, I never asked, but when she showed me the price I was shocked. My immediate reaction was to ask her why she had not started with the exorbitant cost. It felt terrible to have sat there for 60 minutes only to learn that the cost was 5 times what I thought it would be. Thre were two other people in the store (1 before me and 1 after me) that walked out when they were presented with the cost. It's your store, and you are seemingly successful, but it felt like a car sale. I proceeded with the purchase because I could, because my foot hurts, and because I had invested so much time. Nevertheless, I did not walk out feeling satisfied, much less happy. You should change your approach to be more respectful of your customers' time.

Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store

How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?

Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.

I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?

Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
