  Care providers are great but the office frequently ignores calls during business hours

  Do not come to this place for care. I became employed and had private insurance. I gave them my insurance info when it became active. I had appointments in May and November of 2024. Summer 2025 I get a bill in the mail. I call and call and call and finally tell the receptionist I need billing to call me as they just kept sending me bills. Billing calls and takes my insurance info over the phone. Month later, still getting bills. I send a copy of the insurance card my email. No response on the claim. I kept getting bills. During this time they deleted me as a patient. I was told it was because of this bill and then I was told it wasn’t the bill. Months later fast forward to today and I get an email that my insurance had a 6 month cutoff for submitting claims. They didn’t process the claim through my insurance, waited over a year to make me aware of any bill, lied about why my appt was canceled, lied about taking care of the claim through my insurance, and are expecting me to pay a bill because of their own incompetence. This right here is stress inducing and anyone experiencing any mental health concerns can expect their symptoms to become WORSE as a direct result of the people working here exacerbating their clients conditions. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

  I should have done my research and read the reviews for Summit Fox Chapel before we engaged them for I"m living their poor reputation. I can understand why it took forever to get the initial appointment just to profile my child and then weeks again for the actual assessment appointment; but to wait seven more weeks to get the evaluation is ridiculous. We were told we'd have the evaluation mid July/five weeks after the several hour assessment. I called at the end of that week inquiring about its whereabouts. I was told you have an appointment in 11 days--you have to wait until then. I countered that we expected it last week and would like to receive it and/or a call back to understand why the expectation set was not being met. That was five days ago and we received neither the report or a call back (poor customer service). I called today and was essentially made aware that Melissa did not have the report done and that we need to follow the process and wait until the end of the month. Firm lacks professionalism, time management/planning skills and customer service. Two stars and that's generous. PS Ironic that they can't return a call or meet their commitments but they were very attentive and concerned when it came to making sure they were going to get paid and all the insurance ducks were in a row.

  Been in contact for 8 months and still don’t have an appointment. When my appointment was finally scheduled, the previous patient’s session went over by 45 minutes and was still going when I had to leave. The office apologized and said I would not be billed (not a nice surprise when I received a bill anyway). And no one has contacted me to reschedule. So there it is: 8+ months to get on the schedule, appointment broken by Summit, billed me anyway, still have never been seen. This is beyond inconvenient and is borderline disrespectful treatment.
