First and foremost the stretchers are excellent and do a great job. I would have posted 6 stars if this review were just on the stretchers.
But this review is going to focus on the business model. My wife and I signed up for a 3 month trial. During the three month trial I learned that you have to use your allotted stretches per month during the month or you lose them. You read that right. You lose what you paid for. This was kind of vague and they did allow us to push some into the next month. But life and work can get in the way of the best made plans. Buyer beware.
After the 3 month trial, you have to notify them that you won’t be moving forward giving them 30 days notice. How you give this notice is kind of vague and maybe that’s by design. I’m not sure, but giving a member of the staff verbal notice doesn’t count if they forget to notate it in your account.
The shame is that the stretchers make it a really good experience , but the business model gives me pause. I was charged $588 for an extra month after I verbally cancelled well before the 30 day notice was due.
Buyer beware …..
