- KKkeijus68Jan 27, 20225.0I had a lower back aggravation flare up after a weekend of snow tubing, skiing and snow shoveling at Seven Springs over Martin Luther King Jr. holiday weekend. It had started to feel better after a few days but then started to get worse. I had not been to a chiropractor in close to 5 years because I didn't need one. When I needed one for this, Dr. Jason Stitt was who I went to and I couldn't be happier! I called him shortly after 9:00am and by 10:00am I was in his office. He was very polite, professional and thorough. Not only was his treatment great, the overall experience, conversation, etc... was just wonderful! As soon as he adjusted me, I felt instant relief. I was still sore and tender throughout the day, but that night I put some heat on the area and woke up the next morning for the first time in two weeks with no aches or pain! I will definitely be going back to him for any future adjustments or needs!
