As promised, I finally met with a physician and am updating my review. Dr. Limauro was great! Very nice, thorough, listened, and explained well. He even did a follow-up call after my LINX surgery that I had already scheduled with a general surgeon prior to becoming a patient here. I also appreciated his ethics in not ordering a scope he did not feel was necessary or just for the sake of checking (I've had this happen with previous physicians).
My experience with my doctor was 5-star, but I can't give the practice 5-stars as long as the glaring issue remains with their scheduling phone service. It took 2 or 3 days, several collective hours on hold with no idea of my place in line, and their operators were very rude.
Dr. Limauro actually went above and beyond to address this complaint with me and acknowledged that it's a serious issue for them. He explained that they are actively looking into alternative options to resolve this problem. There is a light at the end if the tunnel for not having to work quite so hard just to become a patient.

Dr. Glorioso has been my doctor of choice for this particular specialty since 2009. During my recent video appointment, as always, Dr. Glorioso was pleasant, personable, and gave me his undivided attention. He made talking about what is often a very private and awkward topic to discuss, very comfortable and natural. He took the time to listen and carefully consider my concerns, and provided very helpful, thoughtful, and encouraging information. The end result was what I went into the appointment expecting, an order for my fourth colonoscopy. But since the last three went smoothly, without complication, I feel confident the same will happen with this one. And if the findings are anything less than “there’s nothing at all wrong,” I feel confident he will direct me to the best, next course of action.
