We welcome your current prescription, and work with all major health and vision plans including EyeMed, VSP and UnitedHealthcare. Many of our locations are now EyeMed PLUS Providers. If she wants me to move my head, I’ll move it but please don’t be aggressive and grab my head. I’m sure it wasn’t her intention to be rude but it is consider rude if you are touching someone. Also, let her know it’s normal for customers to ask how long the wait will be and don’t give any attitude. She told me 40 minutes when I got called back in 10 minutes which was great but she needs to work on the customer service a little bit. But everyone else was fine include the doctor.
