  The customer service at McKnight ( Ross Park Mall) is exceptional. Allison has ALWAYS been very helpful and easy to co.municate with.She has answered any concern I have had with ease. She is also very polite and accomodating as well as knowledgeable about the product. Excellent people skills!!!
