  They are no help at all. The initial visit with Samantha went good but now I’ve been waiting for a call back from them since November, keep calling and they say we will call you back and no one does, and Samantha never seems to be available to answer the phone or call back. I Asked to talk to the manager and again they said the manager will call you back and guess what, no call back at all and it’s been over a month!

  samantha is very professional in what she does. I would recommend her to all my friends. she is a very niece person and she makes a person feel very comfortable when you are in the office.

  My father, George Meerdo, doesn't use a gmail account so I am writing his review for him. He loves Miracle Ear, Robinson Township. Dr. Bob Busch and Ottilia Szocs are the greatest. Always able to help my dad with any hearing problems he has! Thank you!

  My mother is 95 years old and had an appointment at 9:30 am this morning. We arrived at 9:20 and had to sit and wait for one hour before the previous client was finished with her appointment at 10:30 am. Two other clients were also backed up after us. Every time she had an appointment in the past year, the wait time is always 45 to 60 minutes , which is totally unacceptable! While waiting in the office, the receptionist was making appointments for two days later every half hour.They should be allowing 45 min. to 1 hr for each client to eliminate the snowballing effect of backups. Don't know if its a corporate policy for half hour scheduling, or a problem at this store. By now they should know half hour appointments are unreasonable based on what the clients are coming in for. We are considering visiting other stores to see if this occurs everywhere!
