- VHVee Hill6 days ago1.0My boyfriend bought $5,000 hearing aids at this Miracle Ear location based on staff promises and good reviews. They didn’t improve his hearing, and repeated adjustments didn’t help. Staff kept assuring him results would come with time, but after months, we realized we’d been misled and lost $5,000. I’d recommend going elsewhere.

The initial visit with Samantha went good but now I’ve been waiting for a call back from them since November, keep calling and they say we will call you back and no one does, and Samantha never seems to be available to answer the phone or call back. I Asked to talk to the manager and again they said the manager will call you back and guess what, no call back at all and it’s been over a month!
