I visited this store twice and worked with the store manager, Brennan, both times. Each time, she was extremely friendly, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable as I decided which glasses to select. When I returned on the second visit to purchase my glasses, she greeted me by my first name and even remembered my last name when retrieving my account. How impressive is that! Brennan made my entire experience(s) so pleasant that it made me know I made the right decision to take my business to Lenscrafters and specifically this location. I highly recommend this store for all your eyewear needs.

Lens crafters is always great to work with from Dr Mantel and the staff. Jackie out front was great to work with, she helped me with getting new Oakley glasses and update the lens on my old pair too. She was very knowledgeable and super nice. Again, the staff here is exceptional. Highly recommend!

Kathy was a delight to work with. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the questions I had regarding new frames and acceptable insurances. I will be returning to get a new pair of glasses before my 2025 year end coverage ends.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
