All three staff members were friendly, helpful, patient and informative, as was the doctor who did my eye exam. I also received very good assistance in choosing frames, and was given great help re. my insurance coverage and in getting the savings available to me while ensuring that I got all of the options I wanted for the lenses ( UV protection, anti-glare, etc.) Overall a great experience there! The frames selection was also very good and nicely organized.
