  Hello, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an incorrect refund and unprofessional behavior I experienced at a GNC store. I purchased a 27-serving whey protein powder for $40. After opening the product, I noticed white, grain-like particles inside, and the taste was very unpleasant. The following day, I returned to the store with my receipt to ask about the return process. A woman who stated that she was the store manager told me that I needed to insert my card in order to see the refund amount. However, she did not explain that inserting the card would automatically process the refund. After I inserted my card, the product was taken from me and a refund of only $1.24 was issued for a $40 item. I clearly stated that I did not accept this refund amount. I was not properly informed beforehand, and despite my objection, the product had already been taken from me. Instead of correcting the mistake or attempting to resolve the situation professionally, the store called the police. This caused me significant stress and inconvenience, and I believe I was treated unfairly and disrespectfully. According to GNC’s return policy stated on your website, customer satisfaction and fair refund practices are emphasized. However, in my case, these policies were completely disregarded. I am extremely dissatisfied with how this situation was handled. Additionally, the store employee’s behavior was rude and unprofessional. Rather than being helpful and courteous, her actions reflected poorly on the GNC brand. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed carefully and that the refund discrepancy be corrected.   Went in at 11:12am to look for the Cleaner a Colon Cleansing Product the woman asked me could she help me with something n stood over me for 3 mins. I asked her could she check other GNC store for me for the product she told me should could not. I told her in the past they would refer me to another GNC store if the product was out she flat out lied to my face & refused to look at the other GNC store for the product I was looking for. This experience I had was at the GNC store on East Carson Street. Very Terrible Experience.

  Worst GNC I’ve been to. Didn’t know about current sales and offers and didn’t take into account for marked sales on items either.

  Good selection of health supplements. Got good advise for helping my lifting and eating routines. They carry Jym products which I'm a big fan of.
