Even though we did not purchase our chair lifts from them, I took a chance and called them based on their good reviews online. Mark arrived on time on the day we requested. He worked quickly to diagnose the multiple problems with 2 stair lifts and was able to repair both of them in a short amount of time at a reasonable cost. Mark is a highly skilled professional, who cares about his clients! He even followed up the next day to find out if the chair lifts were both still functioning properly. My mother was overjoyed that she can now use them again. We will definitely call him again for service. I would highly recommend Fayer to anyone! Mark is the best in the business!
