They are very thorough and thoughtful. They go above and beyond to help you through the process of the examination along with selecting and buying new glasses and contacts. Their website is very user friendly, and it is always easy to get an appointment, and evening hours too. Prices are great and a huge selection to choose from. During my visit, it was determined that my vision did not change however, I could not see clearly out of my current glasses, and it was mentioned that I may be allergic to Poly Lens. I didn't know what this meant, but Theresa took the extra time to sit with me and explain in detail the difference between Poly and Trivex lens. I opted for the New Trivex lens and first the first time in years, I'm seeing crystal clear. I'm so thankful to now have this understanding and to Theresa for walking me through it. For that, I truly recommend Dr. Gregory and his staff and thank them for a job well done.
