- HSHarvey G SchoenmanFeb 1, 20265.0We thought we had a dead battery (the battery is 4 years old) and called 101 Mobility to have the unit serviced. Tyler was very professional and after examining the unit explained to my wife that the batteries were ok and the contacts between the chair and the rails were dirty in two areas. He cleaned the rails and explained the operation of the lights and what to look for. Total cost was just that of a service call. Our stair lift is nine years old and in its 2nd home. I could not be more pleased with this unit and 101 Mobility😃.

- MEMichael EdwardsJan 18, 20261.0This company sucks so bad they told me they buy back equipment had a huge ramp installed for my disability Aunt it wad 5000 dollars she past away called and emailed them 6 times no one ever got back to me had to have it removed so I could sell the house so I had to call a scraper to take it a way on a scale from 1 to 10 they are a -1 they suck big time nothing but unprofessional scamers 😀
