  every caregiver was exceptionally kind, efficient and caring. We did several decluttering tasks in addition to the shower/shampoo and laundry assistance. I was very happy with the entire experience.

It's evident they treat our loved one like family, diligently following our care requests. My mom looks forward to her girls and truly enjoys the companionship and we appreciate all of the help they provide her and assisting with light house jobs. The entire team, from initial contact to scheduling and billing, is not only friendly and helpful but also remarkably knowledgeable.   My parents and brother have been able to safely and comfortably stay in their home thanks to Comfort Keepers. The care is great, and when I have a question, I really appreciate the prompt and personal support from the office staff. Their clear and confident approach to dealing with the pandemic has been a great experience. Followup: my Dad suddenly needed 24 hour care for hospice, during the holidays at the end of the year. Comfort Keepers did a great job, quickly filling the schedule with competent, caring people. A huge help during a difficult time, and much appreciated.

  Let's start off with saying I love the care and attention this company gives. I use them 2x a week for a couple hours. I recently ran into needing 24hr care same day. That is where Rene comes in. She worked hard to get us covered for 5 days in a row. She didn't skip a beat. At one point I thought she was just going to cover a shift herself. That's how hard she worked. And with the way the world is with this Covid19. It wasn't a easy task to find coverage. But she was a miracle worker. Every caregiver she found was caring. They understood that they were taking care of my 96 year old grandmother and I was scared because they were all new to her. Shavonne is her day to day person. But everyone else she never meet. There was Joan, Barbara, Maya, Leah, Brenda, Monica, Asha, and of course Shavonne. If I missed anyone please forgive me. Without this team of caregivers I would've been lost. I also got to speak with Pat. He was helpful as well. He understood that this was an emergency. And worked with me on paying the bill that I received. They are not trying to see you in a bind. They just wanted to help. It was nice that I could make multiple payments to get the bill down. If you are looking for a caring company for your loved ones that you can trust. Look no further than Comfort Keepers. Thanks again to everyone involved.
