  I received an assessment here and Dr. Kelly Paulson did not do an appropriate assessment given my age and the assessment seemed to be geared towards children and not adults seeking treatment. It is inappropriate to not give a full adult assessment to someone seeking services as an adult.

  If you don't agree with trying a particular medication they will discharge you entirely, despite your body rejecting it and take you off of what works. Brandon Ambrose in particular, interrupted a helping treatment when he picked up from someone who left to family. Poor quality of care, low ethical practices and need looked into as this type of approach can lead people into severe decline. Stay away from this office, the office staff are also hard to get a hold of only communicate by email and are very impersonal and rude - read the room of the population. Additionally the therapist connected with did not use structured CBT only talking with nodding.

  i got here 15 minutes late because of traffic and road closures (which I can’t control no matter how early i leave). And they wouldn’t take me even though i waited 2 weeks for my appointment. Terrible experience would not recommend to my worst enemy… They also NEVER pick up the phone so good luck getting a human interaction at this place. They just want your money. they don’t care about you or your health. An intake and an evaluation later with this place and i STILL don’t have my medication. That’s 400 dollars I’ll never get back. save your money

  CBI makes a habit of lying to patients about release of records; mis-scheduling time-sensitive appointments; and have providers that are nothing more than a pill-mill. If you want any sort of compassionate and competent care, or a healthcare provider whose office is not staffed by brainlets, look elsewhere.
