He is also honest - willing to acknowledge those things PT can help versus those it cannot - like some age-related physical limitations. The best physical therapist I have seen (I have seen at least six over the years). Easy scheduling and orderly process.

- MWMatt WeinbergJan 1, 20255.0I lived in Pittsburgh for a year, and Alliance (Dr. Gundling in particular) was recommended by my PT back home. I had a fantastic time working with Dr. Gundling, and made significant gains in my rehab. If I were to live in Pittsburgh again, I would absolutely go back. I also had a few sessions with Dr. Thompson while Dr. Gundling was traveling, and those were also great. Beyond the significant rehab gains for my pre-existing injury, Dr. Gundling helped me manage new injuries that arose, and I also picked up useful tips for proper running technique that I still use a year later.
