They have you sign paperwork explaining you'll be charged if you're 20 mins late, but they're always more than 20mins late themselves. As a result appointments are rushed, important questions are skipped, and little attention is paid to patients. If you enjoy being told that your issues are all in your head, then prescribed medication after a 2min convo with absolutely no explanation of what it is, then this is the place for you!
This review has to do with the multiple times when I called Advanced Women's Care. Too many times the person that I was trying to reach was not in their office, not available, or with another patient. Additionally, I left my name and phone number only to miss their call...somehow. My doctor, on the other hand, was excellent, exceptional! I would have preferred to send this complaint via email but they have no email address, or at least not one for the public to use.

The front end staff needs to be educated on patient etiquette. If you’re going to be closed on lunch, make sure you have it posted somewhere so patients walking in to make appointments aren’t met with rude attitudes by the unfriendly desk workers. I was previously a patient but will now be going elsewhere due to the mean energy that is filled in that office. It’s not always the doctor attitude that drives patients away, it’s their staff too. Do better.

If you are a "routine" no issues, OBGYN patient its a fine office. Otherwise, just look at clinical, book practice with out looking at the whole patient and spending time to identify issues.
Also very hard to request scripts unless they "Think" there is an issue without listening to patients feedback.

If I could give a zero I would.
- No help with medication and make you jump through hoops to get it
- Dont' help with results or explain well.
-The people take a long time to get back to you
Just no.
