Trip to the ER last Thursday required me to follow up with a doctor and I didn't get new one so I called to get an appointment. Explained to the receptionist I needed an appointment, described what happened and she couldn't have been more rude if she tried. Gave me an appointment for November 10th. This past weekend I ended back in the ER again, this time they referred me to a surgeon to be seen today. I cancelled the appointment with this office. Clearly they couldn't be bothered with me and my hernia. Very sad indeed..
