  This is normally a great experience but I want to report my disappointment with Quest about notifications when a facility is closed. I had an appointment for fasting blood work this morning. The roads were bad but I drove in anyway because there is a fee for not showing up. There was no indication online that the facility might be closed. I did not receive any text or email from Quest that the facility might be closed. I arrived on time to find locked doors and a note on the door that the location was closed due to inclement weather.

  The person who drew blood from my son was fantastic. He was very good with my son, who is only 8 years old. He placed the butterfly needle in in one shot, and he made sure my son was ok when the appointment was done. Everything went very smoothly.

  The mail that is working at the phoenixville location very very rude... Not helpful this guy should be looking for a new job
