I was treated with great courtesy and patience. The optician was friendly, skilled and reassuring. All my requests received careful responses. I felt that I was in good hands at every step.

Best store ever no complaints will never go anywhere else. Best frames I’ve ever had. (Hawthorne titanium)

Employee doesn't seem to want to help people. Greeted us rudely and didn't even ask what we needed before sending me somewhere else.

After three attempts across 1-5pm, I cannot find a time when the optician is in-office to make a minor glasses fix.

I stopped into this Warby Parker on 3/21/2026 while visiting from out of town to get my glasses adjusted. I was told by Derek (smaller guy, glasses, brown hair) that the optician was out. That’s fine - things happen. What wasn’t fine was how he spoke to me when I came back to double-check that no one else could help. He responded in a slow, exaggerated way while nodding his head, as if I couldn’t understand basic information. It came across as condescending and disrespectful. I’ve been a Warby Parker customer since before they had retail stores, and I’ve never had an experience like this. Really disappointing.
