  The front office was very kind and courteous over the phone in finding me a last minute open slot while I developed a sudden onset of toothache/jaw pain while visiting Philadelphia for a work trip. The assistants were friendly and compassionate as they took their diagnostic images (CT/Xray). I noticed they would hand wipe everything after the patient diagnostic images were taken to keep everything clean and sterile between patients. Dr. Minje Kim was very thorough with her dental exam and reviewed my diagnostic images. She provided me all my options I shoulder consider for my particular issue and I did not feel pressured into making a decision based on what they got paid to do (ie. root canals). Ultimately, Dr. Kim provided me the information so that the patient could decide what was best for themselves long term and for that I am eternally grateful. I would highly recommend this endodontic group for future dental needs or for consultation/evaluation. Thank you.

  Staff is fun and super nice. Dr. Lin was outstanding. Patient and thorough in diagnosis and honest. Been to a couple different places and have to say he’s pretty honest and upfront about the work I’ll need to get done, even if it’s not with him.

  My experience with Dr. Nawaz was great! She saved my tooth. There were two dentist prior to visiting her that were too swift to consider extraction, but my gut was telling me it wasn't necessary. She was patient with me in explaining the computerized scan right by her side and the risks involved long term and short in the attempt to resolve the failed root canal done by another dentist. Several months later the bone around the tooth is returning, and the prior failed root canal has been resolved! The front desk staff is also a great touch to the office, prompt to answer and resolve any billing questions.

  Dr newaz, lele & kathy are the best! It does suck if you have to come here versus your regular dentist situationally, but they make it well worth your visit. They will definitely make you feel better than before you got there and go above and beyond. And their communication back to your regular dentist is seamless thanks to Kathy, you never have to worry.
