  I got introduced to soul cycle with class pass . And I love it . I only attended Wonder class. So motivational and inspiring speeches after and during each class. This helps me with not only my physical journey but my mental journey as well. This was the first time I did something different in my adult years lol and I love cycling which is apart of my fitness routine now .

  I've been riding with SoulCycle for about a decade, taking around 250 classes across various studios. My group fitness journey started in 2007 with studio cycling at a gym when I was new to fitness and looking for structure, coaching, and a team atmosphere. Nearly twenty years later, I still love this aspect of SoulCycle—it keeps me coming back. What I appreciate most is the inclusivity. Whether you're a total beginner or in peak shape, you'll find a space here. The Philly studio is no exception—it is clean, welcoming, well-run, and has convenient private showers. The staff is always friendly, and the overall vibe is positive and energetic. Every instructor brings their own style, music, and energy, so no two classes feel the same. I also like the low-weight, high-rep arm section, which adds a nice balance to the workout. But more than anything, I value the ability to disconnect, clear my head, and escape the constant noise of the digital world. The dark studio creates the perfect environment to focus, reset, and get lost in the rhythm of the ride. It's one of the few places I can fully unplug and be present. In Philly, Lauren, Bryant, and Wonder are my go-to instructors. Their classes are appropriately challenging, always fun, and tastefully curated. If you're looking for a great workout with good music and a positive atmosphere, SoulCycle delivers. I'll keep coming back.

  AWESOME energy & even better workout! We had Nick as our instructor and he was great! Wish I lived closer so I could attend more often.
