  I would like to recognize the exceptional patient care provided by Eleshea. As a new patient, I was understandably nervous during my first visit with this practice. Eleshea was attentive, reassuring, and highly sensitive to my anxiety, which made a meaningful difference in my overall experience. Her professionalism and genuine compassion played a significant role in my decision to continue with Dr. Shah as my primary dentist. Small gestures that reflect an understanding of a patient’s needs can have a lasting impact, and Eleshea exemplified that standard of care.   Went in for my first appointment and I must say this place is amazing! Everyone was so informative, kind and professional. Dr.Shaw fixed my chip tooth that I had for a looong time , when I was expecting only a cleaning! I’m truly intrigued and love my new smile. I highly recommend this dentist office!

  First visit was good. Very efficient and quick in terms of time it took from arrival to being called to start my treatment. Dental Techs and hygienist were great that worked on the second floor. Amanda, Ameena and Alisha. Dental office was very clean as well.

  My wife has severe dental anxiety, so timing is extremely important for her. Unfortunately, at this clinic she was made to wait around an hour on multiple visits, without any explanation or apology. This was not an isolated incident—it happened more than once, which is unacceptable. This kind of delay and lack of communication significantly increases stress, especially for patients who already struggle with anxiety. We expected at least a basic level of organization and respect for the patient’s time, but that was not the case. Based on our experience, the level of service was clearly below expectations, and we did not feel that patient needs were taken seriously.

  I love this dentistry. I love the staff. They’re all women they’re good at what they do. the dentist she is amazing she can numb you and you don’t even feel the needle. I’ve been going there for over five years and they have truly met my expectation their professionalism, their smiles they’re beautiful women, and I’m glad I’m a part of their team and I definitely would prefer everyone and anyone to go there for great service.
