  Really bad! I had a 12:40 pm appointment. I waited for an hour, but they did not call my name. Then, someone who had not checked in before me was called.

  This place is awful. Nobody at the front desk. When they finally decide to acknowledge you after a long wait, they tell you that you are late. Woman went off on me today, gaslighting, lying about what time she told me to come, and told me to leave as soon as I contradicted her. Crazy

  Waiting for over 2 hours as people with appointments keep showing up and going ahead of me. But everyone is told not to make an appointment. There is only one rude person here to take care of everything from reception to lab work. I had to fast for this test and will probably not be seen today because they close at 11:30!
