  I need to talk to a person. There's no prompt for CS you just hang up on people. Please note everyone doesn't use or have computers or internet

  My phlebotomist was rude. Her work was fine but it would go a long way if she were to be patient with people and speak clearly and slowly. And if someone asks for repeat information no need to have an attitude of “that’s what I said...” it’s already hard to hear with masks on. Most people who come there are coming after fasting (not having eaten solids for 12 hours) — have a little empathy and professionalism.

  I went here with my wife for blood work on a Friday morning. The process was very quick. After you sign in on the kiosk your name comes up on waiting list. The technician that checked me in was same one to do the blood work. She was nice and very efficient. Since this is near my doctor I will likely come here for my future labs.

  Worst laboratory I have ever been to!!! I went on monday with a diagnosis of miscarriage and the last thing I was expecting was to be treated badly! The place was empty but staff was extremely rude, in a bad mood, angry and disrespectful.

  While it was not terribly crowded the wait time was quite a while because the phlebotomist also has to be a receptionist. An older gentleman had difficulty with the touch screen check in. The person working just let him struggle. I ended up assisting him. I had a significant amount of tests to be done. My blood was drawn and an hour later my whole arm was black and blue. I went to the doctor a week later and he said, "You should not be looking like that and they also didn't run one of your tests. Can you get your blood drawn up again?" A week and a half later I had to go back to this same location because the other offices are too far away. A different person drew my blood. Once again I am black and blue on a different arm.
