  I read several Google reviews about this particular Quest Diagnostics location and unfortunately experienced the exact same issues during my last visit. Because of that, I chose a different location this time, but the experience was still very disappointing. Despite having an appointment, I was made to wait for over an hour because the person responsible for drawing blood was apparently on break. Appointments should matter, and this delay was unacceptable. The staff member who eventually assisted me had a very poor attitude—she acted as if she were doing me a favor rather than performing her job. There was no greeting, no professionalism, and no basic courtesy. The interaction felt rushed and dismissive. For a medical setting, compassion and professionalism are essential. Unfortunately, this experience showed neither. Based on my experience and the consistency with other reviews, I would not recommend this location.

  With scheduled appointments I don’t wait long in the waiting room. Staff are nice and helpful
