My visit was very quick. I was a walk in, it made me make an appointment 2 hours later, but there was only 3 people waiting. I felt bad for the young lady taking my blood. She was by herself and she seemed stressed, but she was very professional and efficient, I don't get her name.

I was at quest diagnostics on February 24, 2026 at approximately 1:30 to 3:30. I do not know the phlebotomists name but if you check your records hopefully you can find who she was. This person should not be in customer service she is rude and ignorant and it was not isolated to just me. Firstly you check on a kiosk, no receptionist, no notes around to tell you any information on services that are not being rendered on that day nothing. So they clearly say they take walk-ins i was #7 in the que on the tv my wait time was between 30 and 60 minutes. I was fine with that i was a walk-in. A gentleman came in at 3pm to sign in on the kiosk she( the phlebotomist) came to the door yelling at him telling him she is the only "doctor" there today and she's not taking anybody else today mind you they close at 3:30. She said I'm trying to get these other walk-ins done which was me and another lady and i don't have time to take you. He signed in anyway. She said well you gone wait i dont care what time you put in the kiosk for an appointment. Just so unprofessional and hostile for no reason. So back to me im finally called i tell her im getting a tb test she says oh no we aint doing tb tests or blood work today because of the snow. Mind you this is quest diagnostics if they are not doing blood work wouldn't you think they would let people know this in some kind of way a sign or because of how this particular place is ran she could have yelled it out the door. So i ask how would someone know if you aren't doing certain tests here there is no information about that anywhere. Now shes starting to yell aint nobody tell you to walk-in you should have made an appointment. I said calmly oh if i had made an appointment on the kiosk it would have told me these services were not available she said no but you would have known sooner because i call appointments before walk-ins makes no since but i guess to her it did. So i proceed to walk out im calling my employer to let them know i am not able to get the tb test because they are not being performed today mind you im on my own personal phone. She begans to yell at me tell him why , tell him its because of the snow i said well its no need to tell him because he can clearly here you yelling. My employer ask if i am because it really sounded like i was in a very hostile situation. It was so bad when i got to my car i couldn't even drive i had to get myself emotionally together to drive. I tossed and turned all night because i just wanted to let it go but i couldn't. If a business lets people walk-in you should not get reprimanded for walking in. I also spoke to my mother about the situation she said she has encountered this phlebotomist before and she is always nasty. I don't live in this particular neighborhood i was in the neighborhood working so this is why i was there but in a neighborhood where residents are usually black this is how we are treated at establishments,this phlebotomist was black so im not saying it was racism just an observation. Im not sure how this phlebotomist is still working around people. She doesn't have any compassion or even a little customer service skills. I am going to a different location today in a different neighborhood hopefully i don't leave out crying like yesterday but i really doubt i will. This phlebotomists at this quest diagnostics should be retrained or let go because you can't train someone to be compassionate or even just nice. I am a nursing assistant a very stressful job but i never take my stressful days out on my clients or patients.

This place is horrible ! The people there was so unprofessional. I checked into kiosk and waited in my car to get message. Never got message. I went inside and waited 45 minutes inside and still did not get called. The lady was in the back laughing and talking to another employee the entire time. Meanwhile I was still waiting to be called and 6 people came in after me.
She said they messaged me and called my name which was not true ! I was there and hour and 15 minutes total and they refused to see me. Plus I was already fasting for the appointment!
She said i was ignorant and that I needed to check in again and wait for the other people to go. This was the worst experience I've ever had to deal with. Completely unprofessional and ignorant people in there. Do not recommend anyone going here unless they change employees.

Very disgusting attitude
I don’t see why people schedule appointments and they don’t see you on time. You’ll literally spend hours waiting and sometimes they’ll tell you they can’t see you because it’s only 1 of them.
