The receptionists and dentists there are all very nice and friendly people; however, their scheduling process is terrible. They double and triple book patients for one slot. My daughter had an appointment scheduled for 7:20 am so the first appointment of the day and we didn’t get seen until 8:15 am and that was after I complained to the front desk so it likely would have been even later if I hadn’t said anything. Unfortunately, this is now the second time I’ve experienced this after complaining to the office manager both times. Unprofessional and unacceptable customer service in my opinion. Patients are always expected to be on time so providers should be too.

I wanna express my gratitude for everybody at that office. Everything was amazing. Sedation went well. The procedure went well and Levi is doing amazing. Just what I thank everyone at that facility and everyone at the pediatrics can’t express my gratitude enough thank you very much.

Front desk staff are very friendly but the wait is always really long. I think they are trying to see way too many kids at a time. They call 5-10 kids to go back at a time, then a long while later, ur kid comes out & u just leave...Parents can't go back, so you don't get to speak to a dentist at any point. You have no idea what was done or any aftercare instructions, & u can't ask questions or find out any information about your kids teeth. It's like they're herding cattle, not treating children.

Very very very unprofessional !! I waited an hour with my son to be seen only to be told my special needs child had to go in the back by himself and nobody made me aware of that ! Also didn’t try to help make it an easier transition for my son we were instead just blown off like we didn’t matter. Highly don’t recommend especially if your child has mental issues.
