  It's been 4 weeks and I still don't have my glasses. I brought in my own frames and prescription. I was told 2 weeks. After two weeks I called and was told "the left eye is on backorder" and that she'll reorder. I waited another week and still nothing so I called again. I was told the same thing again except this time I was told when things are on backorder they don't automatically process when material is back in stock so he had them reprocess it. I was told to wait and that they'd be in on Friday. I called today (Friday) and was told someone had an emergency and they just shipped it so it'll be here on Tuesday next week. I understand things happen and I can accept delays but it sounds like there are some very broken systems that result in customers being kept uninformed and having to call multiple times to perpetually check the status. UPDATE: I just want to be clear that the staff are lovely people. My issue is with the broken processes and procedures. You will inevitably have items on backorder or some other type of delay. The question is what systems do you create so that customers are kept informed. Please don't blame staff for systemic failures. They are following procedures set forth.

  I truly love my experience every time I have my annual eye exam. No exaggeration…. everyone from the receptionist, to the eye assistants and the doctors are so professional, welcoming and caring. They take the time to make your visit personable and ensure that all of your questions and needs are met. The facility has adequate parking and it’s very clean on the inside. I was originally referred by my mother and I’m so happy that I took the opportunity to schedule my appointment here. They will have me as a customer for life! Make your appointment today, you will not regret it!!

  Great experience! Doctor was friendly, very thorough, and really took the time to explain what she was seeing when doing my exam. I had a really pleasant experience and definitely will be returning!

  Great service all the way around! The doctor was very kind and helpful. She had no problem answering any of my questions.
